Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) is expanding into African football, a major step in its global growth.
Following a year of research and due diligence, this strategic move underscores RNSI’s commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on Africa.
RNSI in Africa is partnering with key territories to cultivate elite football talent, aiming for their success and providing comprehensive support to help them realize their aspirations.
This plan aims to expand RNSI’s successful model internationally, while maintaining its specialized focus on identifying and training exceptional young talent.
The recent recruitment of several young players across the continent effectively demonstrates the impact of this expansion.
The selection committee chose the teenage prodigies from South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, The Gambia, Guinea, and Zimbabwe based on their on- and off-field skills and dedication.
The current group of signed players includes:
- Neo Bohloko (Striker, South Africa, Kaizer Chiefs)
- Ali Umar (Central Midfielder, Ghana, Koforidua Semper FI FC)
- Joseph Narbi (Winger, Ghana, Benab FC) Francis Gomez (Winger, The Gambia, Sibonor United)
- Ifeoluwa Olowoporoku (Attacking Midfielder, Nigeria, Tripple 44)
- Mamadou Diallo (Attacker, Guinea, Al Nasr)
- Tadiwa Chakuchichi (Winger, Zimbabwe, Scotland FC)
- Siyabonga Mabena (Winger/Attacking Midfielder, South Africa, Mamelodi Sundowns)

In addition to other areas, RNSI will be active in the Ivory Coast and Zambia, and we anticipate more players signing up soon.
Nathan Campbell, RNSI’s Head of Global Football Recruitment, called the expansion project’s celebration incredibly exciting.
“We see Africa as brimming with undiscovered football talent; thus, our expansion is a logical step in our worldwide strategy. We collaborate deeply with local partners to understand and meet the unique needs of African players, providing optimal support for their growth”.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Grant Veitch, the newest member of our RNSI football management team and Director of African recruitment, whose contribution to this expansion has been invaluable.
A consultancy with Mamelodi Sundowns, a leading African club, marked RNSI’s 2021 African debut, a partnership that thrives today.
Moreover, the highly regarded young South African, Emile Witbooi, has recently signed with RNSI.
RNSI’s African expansion follows its 2023 acquisition of TFM Agency in South America.
This strategic acquisition added more than 100 footballers to the company’s roster, including Brazilian stars Vinícius Jr., Gabriel Martinelli, and Endrick.
Roc Nation Sports International’s London office, which opened in 2019, has quickly risen to become one of the top 10 global football agencies, representing stars such as Chris Richards, Federico Dimarco, Luis Henrique, Kerolin, and Malick Fofana.
This African expansion by Roc Nation Sports International shows their commitment to developing future football stars, and they plan to partner with Ebanor Sports (The Gambia), Olatunji Okuku (Nigeria), Oscar Guirao (Ivory Coast), and Sakibu Nuhu (Ghana).
