The Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee has formally charged Asante Kotoko during their Matchday 12 clash with Medeama SC.
The GFA says the club didn’t protect match officials, and unauthorized people entered Zone 2 at halftime, where they reportedly threatened and attacked the officials. The club thus violated the 2025 Matchday rules.
The deadline for Asante Kotoko’s response is Wednesday, December 3.
The event took place during a 2-2 tie between Asante Kotoko and Medeama at the Baba Yara Stadium.
