Diego Rossi double sinks D.C. United

Columbus Crew defeated D.C. United after two comeback goals from Diego Rossi as the Crews remain unbeaten this season.
Per this weekend’s games, the Crew (3-0-3) and Miami are the league’s sole undefeated teams.
In a move to the left, midfielder Max Arfsten got ahead of Rossi to set up a play. Receiving the ball, Rossi skillfully moved outside of the D and scored the winning goal. United (1-2-3) scored past the helpless Kim Joon-Hong in the 65th minute.
Rossi tied the game at 1-1 early on, scoring from the right of the box into the lower left side of the net in the 16th minute. Herrera and Chambost contributed assists to the score.
Christian Benteke’s right-footed shot from the middle of the box three minutes earlier gave the home team the lead. João Peglow assisted the goal.
A goalpost strike by Benteke in the 55th minute resulted in the ball bouncing away and over the goal.
D.C. United has suffered two consecutive losses.
