Ghana forward Mohammed Kudus earned the Player of the Match award after starring in Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-0 Premier League win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Kudus made a significant impact, setting up Tottenham’s opener with a pinpoint corner that was converted by Archie Gray. The winger was lively throughout the contest, causing problems for the Palace defence with his direct running and dribbling.
The 25-year-old completed five successful dribbles, won four fouls and created three chances as Spurs recorded a third straight league victory.
Tottenham were aided by the early dismissal of Jean-Philippe Mateta, with Palace reduced to 10 men, and Kudus capitalised on the extra space to influence the game from the right flank.
After overcoming fitness issues earlier in the season, the Ghana international has shown growing confidence in recent weeks and continues to strengthen his claim for a regular starting role under head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
With his performances improving, Kudus will be eager to maintain his momentum and increase his goal contributions as Tottenham look to climb further up the Premier League standings.
