A former Ghanaian international with a UEFA A Licence replaces Augustine Evans Adotey, returning to his technical director position.

Coach Ibrahim Tanko has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Medeama Sporting Club. The club released a statement Wednesday confirming that Augustine Evans Adotey has been replaced by a UEFA License A holder who has finished all the paperwork.
