GoldStars and Asante Kotoko, Premier League and FA Cup champions, respectively, will clash in a unique fixture (Article 9, Premier League Regulations) to determine early-season supremacy.
Gold Stars won their first top-flight title, and Kotoko’s MTN FA Cup victory secured their spot in this prestigious match.
Traditionally, the Ghanaian football season starts with the Champion of Champions match, which excites fans with a preview of the upcoming season’s intensity and competition.
At the T&A Stadium in Tarkwa last year, a 1-0 victory over Nsoatreman FC secured the 2024 Champion of Champions trophy for FC Samartex 1996.
