Young Apostles secured a decisive victory against Eleven Wonders, ending a six-game winless streak.

The hosts secured a season sweep against Wonders in the Ghana Premier League, thanks to two goals from Hussein Issah and one from Kingsford Agyemang.

Issah scored the first goal for Apostles in the 13th minute, and increased their lead in the 62nd minute after halftime.

Agyemang’s strike ten minutes later clinched the victory for the hosts, propelling them to 12th place in the league standings with 26 points.

Eleven Wonders are still in trouble and stay at the league’s basement. The end of their stay in the top flight looks imminent. It will now take a miracle for the visitors to survive the drop.
