Nsoatreman banned from home game after Kotoko’s violent clash

The Ghana Football Association has banned Nsoatreman FC from their home ground, Nana Koramansah Park, immediately.
The decision comes after violent incidents during their Ghana Premier League Matchday 19 game against Asante Kotoko, a 1-0 Nsoatreman win overshadowed by chaos, injuries, and death.
The GFA, citing Premier League Regulation 14(2), has indefinitely banned Nsoatreman’s home ground to guarantee safety for all involved while investigations are underway.
Furthermore, the GFA has tasked its Security Committee (headed by DCOP Lydia Donkor) and FA Prosecutors with gathering evidence (match reports and documents) for the Disciplinary Committee.
Ghana’s police are thoroughly investigating the incident to find, arrest, and prosecute everyone responsible for the violence.
Ghana’s Football Association (GFA) reiterated its zero-tolerance stance against violence, intimidation, and hooliganism, threatening strict offender penalties.
More information on the investigation and disciplinary actions will follow.
