England boss Gareth Southgate has ambitions to manage in the Premier League again after being told by Jose Mourinho he can do any job in football.
The 52-year-old has been at the England helm since 2016 and has overseen the national team’s best spell since winning the World Cup in 1966.
England reached the 2018 World Cup semi-finals and were runners up at Euro 2020 after a penalty shoot-out defeat to Italy.
The Three Lions crashed out at the quarter-final stage of last winter’s World Cup in Qatar, losing to eventual finalists France.
