The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) released the Super Eagles’ roster for the 2025 Unity Cup, omitting several key players.
The semifinal rematch between two neighboring West African countries will be at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford on Tuesday, May 28. The match is scheduled to start at 7 PM GMT.
The team winning the tie will play Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago in the final on Saturday, May 31, starting at 12:30 GMT.
Meanwhile, Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle will be without key players like Victor Osimhen, Alex Iwobi, Joe Aribo, and Calvin Bassey.
Premier League players Wilfred Ndidi and Frank Onyeka will spearhead the midfield; Kelechi Iheanacho, Samuel Chukwueze, and Moses Sim complete the squad.
Ghanaian coach Otto Addo is expected to name his final tournament squad in the coming days.
