Ghanaian footballer Thomas Partey went to court in London on Monday, April 13, 2026, and pleaded not guilty to two more rape charges.
The 32-year-old has already denied five rape charges involving two women, as well as a separate sexual assault charge from a third person. The alleged incidents reportedly happened between 2021 and 2022.
Now, Partey faces two more rape allegations from a fourth person, said to date back to December 2020. He pleaded not guilty to these charges at Southwark Crown Court.

The alleged offenses are said to have occurred while he was playing for Arsenal, after joining from Atletico Madrid for €50 million in 2020. Partey left Arsenal last summer when his contract ended and then signed with Villarreal.
He was granted bail before a trial set for November, though it might be delayed.
Since joining Villarreal, Partey has played in 19 league games and appeared five times in the UEFA Champions League as he tries to regain his form.
Even with the ongoing legal case, he is still included in Ghana’s plans for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the Black Stars will play Panama, Croatia, and England.
