Asante Kotoko’s newly appointed Technical Director, Stanley Menzo, has expressed his excitement after joining the club, describing the opportunity as a privilege and an important milestone in his football career.
Brought in to elevate the club’s technical setup for the new season, Menzo radiated enthusiasm in his first words since stepping into the role.
“It is a great honor to become part of a club with the rich tradition and history of Asante Kotoko,” Menzo stated.
The former Netherlands international goalkeeper revealed that the club’s vision and the unwavering support of its fans played a significant role in his decision to accept the position.
“The ambition shown by the club’s leadership and the incredible passion of the supporters made the decision an easy one for me,” he said.
Menzo also stressed his eagerness to work hand in hand with the technical staff and players as the Porcupine Warriors set their sights on reclaiming their place among Ghana’s football elite.
“I am eager to work alongside the technical team, the players, and the entire Kotoko family to create something meaningful and help the club compete for the honors it deserves,” he added.
With his wealth of international experience, the seasoned football administrator is poised to help Asante Kotoko in their quest for domestic glory and a stronger foothold on the African football scene.
