Ghana’s Black Stars, coached by Otto Addo, anticipate a challenging match against Chad this Friday in their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
This is irrespective of admitting that the Group I World Cup qualifier opponent isn’t a top team.
Speaking at Thursday’s pre-match press conference, Coach Otto Addo emphasized the need for vigilance during the match and urged Ghanaians to support their team’s victory.
“I know Chad is not a top team, but it will not be easy. We need all the support we can get,” coach Otto Addo said.
Madagascar will face Ghana in a World Cup qualifier on March 21st, which is the fifth round of matches for the 2026 tournament.
Coach Otto Addo’s team needs a victory to leapfrog from third to first in Group I.
