Antoine Semenyo Sets Sights on Further Silverware After Cup Success

Antoine Semenyo says he wants to win more trophies with Manchester City after helping the team beat Arsenal 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.

The Ghana international stood out on the right wing and played a big part as City won their ninth League Cup. Nico O’Reilly scored both goals in the second half.

Semenyo, who joined City from AFC Bournemouth in January, called winning his first professional trophy a “special” moment and promised it would be the first of many.

He thanked manager Pep Guardiola for giving him the freedom to attack defenders and show his versatility.

The forward thinks this win will boost the team’s confidence as City keep pushing in the Premier League. He is now focused on winning more trophies this season.
