Man City completed a £36.3m transfer for Wolves’ left-back Rayan Ait Nouri.
A five-year contract has been signed by the 23-year-old, securing his place at the club until the summer of 2030; the initial fee is £31m, with add-ons totaling £5.3m.
The Algerian international joined Manchester City in time for their Club World Cup.
In an interview with the club’s official website, Ait Nouri expressed his immense happiness and honor at joining Manchester City.

“To play for such a huge club as Manchester City is a dream come true.”
“I am also excited about working with and learning from Pep and his coaching team and getting to train and play alongside such a world-class group of players.
“Joining City is also a very proud moment for my family too. Now, I can’t wait to get started and to play in front of our supporters.”
City’s first big summer signing is Ait Nouri, with the additions of Reijnders (AC Milan) and Cherki (Lyon) expected soon.
