Leicester City and Ruud van Nistelrooy parted ways

Leicester City and Ruud van Nistelrooy mutually parted ways after the club’s relegation from the Premier League.
While the Championship club hasn’t released a list of potential replacements, they’ve been exploring several candidates, such as Sean Dyche and Danny Rohl.
Sky Sports News reports Dyche wants to discuss the managerial vacancy with the club, and Rohl’s compensation demands have been reduced by half after talks with Sheffield Wednesday.
Rohl’s appointment as Leicester manager could cost the club approximately £1 million.
The need for Leicester to quickly name a manager is urgent, as the futures of many players and recruitment of new ones are uncertain.
Leicester’s pre-season begins on Monday, with the current coaching staff running training until a new manager is named. Sky Sports News reports that Andy King is likely to be in charge of training.
