Milos Kerkez says he wants to join top European club

Liverpool’s hopes of signing Braz Milos Kerkez received a huge boost after he stated his ambition to play for a top European club.
Twenty-one-year-old Kerkez has attracted significant attention following a strong second season at Bournemouth playing left-back.
His high-intensity play has made this Hungarian international one of Europe’s most in-demand full-backs; he’s contributed seven goals (five assists) for Bournemouth in the Premier League this season.
Reports have strongly linked Kerkez to Liverpool, the Premier League leaders reportedly seeking a new left-back, throughout much of the season.
Speaking to The Athletic, the excellent Bournemouth player hinted at his knowledge of the transfer rumors.

“The performance levels have been there for me. I’ve had a relatively wonderful season, but one thing people will say about me is that I’ve been pretty consistent, so when you make a couple of mistakes, people can talk.
Kerkez began his senior career at Gyor in Hungary. He then played for AC Milan and AZ Alkmaar before joining an English club.
Having joined Bournemouth from AZ for around £15.5 million in July 2023, Kerkez has been a starter in all 29 of the team’s Premier League games this season.
Richard Hughes, now Liverpool’s sporting director, facilitated Kerkez’s transfer to Bournemouth and could play a crucial role in future moves.
