Ghana winger Joseph Paintsil is fit for LA Galaxy-Sporting Kansas City match

Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil has begun training for Los Angeles Galaxy’s match against Sporting Kansas City.

The Black Stars forward was sidelined with an injury, causing him to miss the games against Mali and the Central African Republic in the World Cup qualifiers.

Following a three-week absence, Painstil returned to training with his LA Galaxy teammates this week.

LA Galaxy coach Greg Vanney has eagerly announced that the winger will be back in action for Sunday’s match against Sporting Kansas in the MLS.

According to him, Joe has been actively participating this entire week and had some training last week, so he’s set to join the team and hit the ground running.

Since becoming a Designated Player for the MLS outfit in February, Joseph Paintsil has made a significant impact, scoring four goals and assisting in four more in just 13 matches for LA Galaxy.
