Otto Addo on Ghana’s World Cup group with England and Croatia

Ghana coach Otto Addo has said the Black Stars are capable of beating each of their group-stage opponents at the World Cup.
The group placed the four-time African champions, currently ranked 72nd globally, against 1966 World Champions England, 2018 World Cup finalists Croatia, and lowly rated Panama.

Ghana is in Group L, along with England, Panama, and Croatia; The Black Stars play Panama on June 17, England on June 23, and Croatia on June 27.
Otto Addo, accompanied by Prosper Harrison Addo and Dr. Randy Abbey, believed his team would perform well enough to qualify.

” It’s not the right mentality to focus on losing or drawing some games. We must take it match by match. We want to win every match, this is for sure.”
“Once we get a good start, everything is possible. We can beat anyone, but likewise, we can also lose against any team.”
“We must not underestimate Panama, so we have to prepare well. We will study the last games of the teams and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.”

Ghana will face Panama, England, and 2018 finalists Croatia in the group round.
