Milan has signed Spain striker Morata from Atletico Madrid

Alvaro Morata has joined AC Milan from Atletico Madrid on a four-year deal, with a potential 12-month extension.

Morata’s release clause, estimated at £11m, was triggered by the Serie A side to complete his signing.

Earlier this month, the 31-year-old led Spain to victory in Euro 2024.

Real Madrid was Morata’s first professional club, and he later played for Juventus and Chelsea.

His time at Real Madrid resulted in two Champions League victories, and he also lifted the Italian title twice with Juventus. Morata, who won the FA Cup with Chelsea, boasts 36 goals in 80 matches for Spain.
