English-born Ghanaian prospect Rio Kyerematen has been included in Tottenham Hotspur’s squad for the club’s pre-season tour, highlighting his continued rise within the first-team setup.
The highly regarded winger has impressed the coaching staff with his performances at youth level and will now have the opportunity to showcase his talent alongside the senior squad as Spurs prepare for the 2026/27 campaign.
Meanwhile, Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has not travelled with the team as he continues his recovery from a quadriceps injury.
The 25-year-old remains on an individual rehabilitation programme and is yet to return to full training after suffering a setback earlier this year. The injury also ruled him out of Ghana’s 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign.
While Kudus focuses on regaining full fitness ahead of the new season, Kyerematen’s inclusion underlines Tottenham’s growing confidence in the teenager’s potential and provides another important milestone in his development.
